1 General Terms & Conditions

• Each individual may register only one account.
• The name and mobile number provided at registration must match your payment account details.
• VS 29 may request a National ID for identity verification (KYC) when necessary.

Account Verification

VS 29 reserves the right to verify any account at any time. If requested, you must submit the required documents within 72 hours. Failure to do so will result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transactions on VS 29 are fully secure and transparent. Deposits and withdrawals are easy via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Please note that certain rules apply.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum Deposit: ৳10
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To claim this bonus, the deposited amount must be wagered a set number of times within a specified period.
• Reload Bonus: A minimum betting activity from the previous week is required to qualify for the weekly reload bonus.
• Cashback: A cashback is paid each week at a fixed rate on your net losses.

General Bonus Terms

• In live games, the live dealer's decision is final.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to protect the integrity and security of VS 29. Any violation will result in permanent account closure.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Deliberately exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Any form of hacking, scraping, or automated betting using software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful transactions.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

VS 29 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

Temporary Suspension

• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• During an investigation into unusual transaction patterns.
• At the user's own request (Responsible Gaming).

Permanently Closed

• If prohibited activity is found to be confirmed.
• If an account was created using false information.
• If an underage user is identified.
• For legal reasons or at the direction of a regulatory authority.

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance — excluding any bonuses — will be refunded.
